PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Matthew Goddard, P.E., on behalf of the Izzo Florida Trust, has submitted for approval of a CCCL variance to construct a residence with accessory uses at 594 Spinnaker Drive. Please see the attached plans for the proposed encroachment and improvements.
PLANNING BOARD, SUMMARY AND RECOMMENDATION
The Planning Board held a public hearing and considered this request at their October 1, 2021, meeting. There was minimal discussion about sea level rise mitigation. After discussion, the Planning Board voted 7-0 to forward an approval to the City Council.
FUNDING SOURCE / FISCAL IMPACT:
Applicant has paid $1,000.00 in applicable fees.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of resolution.
