BACKGROUND: Every year Mr. Alan Musico, as a representative of the City of Marco Island Bicycle Pathways Committee, provides the City Council with an update regarding the Committee progress on the Completion of the Pathways Master Plan and the upcoming funding opportunities from the Florida Department of Transportation.
