At the November 6, 2023 City Council meeting, Chairman Folley presented a white paper proposing a similar Healthcare Freedom Bill of Rights Ordinance as Collier County. The first reading of the ordinance took place on December 4, 2023.
FUNDING SOURCE / FISCAL IMPACT: No anticipated financial impact.
RECOMMENDATION: Approval of Ordinance 24-03 on second reading.
