Council Chairman Folley requested adding a white paper regarding adopting a City of Marco Island Resolution and Ordinance enacting and supporting the Marco Island Health Freedom Bill of Rights.

POTENTIAL MOTION:  Direct the City Attorney to formulate a Resolution and an Ordinance applicable to the City of Marco Island in support of the Marco Island Health Freedom Bill of Rights.
