BACKGROUND: This document is related to Tigertail Lagoon/Sand Dollar Island Ecosystem Restoration Project. The purpose of this easement is to allow for the dredging of the tidal lagoon, which is owned by the State of Florida.

RECOMMENDATION:  Authorize the City Council Chairman to Execute a Submerged Land Easement Agreement with the State of Florida Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund for Purposes of Restoring the Gulf-Fronting Shoreline of Sand Dollar Island for a Period of 15 years
