Meeting held August 31, 2022 with Becky Irwin (City Council), Justin Martin (Interim Public Works Director), Guillermo Polanco (Finance Director), Diedre Wint (Public Works), Member David Leaser (BAC) and Alphonse Bennorach (Affordable Landscaping) to discuss the disposition of FY 2022 budget tree planting and donation initiatives.

RECOMMENDATION: Discuss the findings of the Meeting and Committee Members selecting an alternative location.
