Resolution Approving the Adjustment of Fees for the Racquet Center

BACKGROUND:
To improve stability, quality of services, programming, and social events, the Racquet Center will convert one (1) .5 FTE to 1 FTE.
FUNDING SOURCE / FISCAL IMPACT: N/A
RECOMMENDATION: To offset additional costs for the .5 FTE to 1 FTE, staff recommends a 20% increase to Racquet Center memberships and a $4 increase to guest fees for morning hours. Proposed fees increase effective October 1, 2021.
POTENTIAL MOTION: “I move to approve Resolution 21-45.”
