BACKGROUND:
The City of Marco Island, as part of the fiscal year 2021 budget, received approval to install new shade structures for the Mackle Park playground.
Work will include:
• Replacing two (2) current swing structures with new swing structures with built-in shades.
• Installing a tire swing structure.
• Installing two (2) additional shade structures.
The bid was posted on March 30, 2021; bids were due on April 22, 2021, 731 suppliers were notified of this bid, 15 looked at the documents, and two (2) submitted bids.
