BACKGROUND:
The attached worksheet contains major governmental fund projects currently under way with funding sources identified for each. The main sources of funds include general fund transfers, transfers from the one-cent infrastructure sales tax fund, transfers from the capital improvement projects fund, state and federal grants, and the issuance of two bonds.
FUNDING SOURCE / FISCAL IMPACT: See attached worksheet.
RECOMMENDATION: Form Council Consensus on Funding Plan. The document will be updated whenever there is a change to any of the listed projects. The final document will be brought back as part of the budget packet for final approval when the budget is adopted.
POTENTIAL MOTION: N/A - Motions will be made as the items are presented to Council for approval and awards of contract.
