BACKGROUND: 

We are pleased to present the draft Future Land Use, Transportation, Housing, Conservation and Coastal Management, and Intergovernmental Coordination elements.  These draft elements contain Planning Board comments.  Also attached, for your comparison, are the corresponding existing elements in our current Comprehensive Plan. 

Our Planning Consultants will present the draft elements at the meeting, take comment and input, and answer questions the City Council may have regarding the draft elements.
