BACKGROUND: 

James Pankonin from the Kimley-Horn and Associates Architectural design firm will provide an update on the status of the progress of the Veterans’ Community Park Project as follows:

•                     Status update on the 30% design documents and overall plan development

•                     Construction Manager at Risk Advertisement and Selection process update

•                     Bandshell and Restroom design option review

This presentation will be given to the Park and Recreation Advisory Committee on January 21^st, 2020 also.
