BACKGROUND:
As proposed by Mr. Ken Parker, the candidates will be interviewed in alphabetical order:
Michael Bonfield
Steve Barwick
Craig Coffey
Michael McNees
Catherine Swanson
At the conclusion of the public interviews, the Council be asked to rank the candidates and authorize a City Council representative to negotiate a City Manager contract to be brought back to the Council for approval at a regular meeting.

RECOMMENDATION: Conduct interviews; rank candidates.
POTENTIAL MOTION: “I move the City Council enter into contract negotiations with (name of candidate) with the contract being brought back to the City Council on (date)”
