BACKGROUND: 

 

At the March 4, 2019 meeting, Vice-Chair Rios requested that the above referenced item be added to this agenda for Council consideration.  A motion to approve the resolution supporting Senate Bill 218 did not receive a second.

 

At the April 15, 2019 meeting, Vice-Chair Rios requested that this item be added to this agenda for Council discussion.
