BACKGROUND:
City staff solicited and received a proposal from ADG Architecture, LLC, an architect contracted under the City's engineering and architecture professional continuing services contract (19-012), to furnish architectural and related engineering services. The negotiated proposal from ADG is as follows:

The project is located at 415 Lily Court, Marco Island, FL, also known as the South Water Treatment Plant., and consists of the design of a new public works building and two outdoor covered equipment storage pavilions. The project is further described as follows:

1. A new public works facility will be designed.
2. Equipment storage pavilions will be designed for the street sweeper, vacuum excavation tuck, traffic signal maintenance truck, excavator, and other heavy equipment and vehicles.
3. Work includes adjustments to security gates and fencing, paved parking and design of a new debris staging containment area.
4. Geo-technical services will be provided as required for the structure foundations.
5. Project will be designed under the new Florida Building and Fire Code, 2023-8th edition.

FUNDING SOURCE / FISCAL IMPACT: Included in adopted FY22 and FY24 Capital Budget plans under G/L Nos. 3005410-606200-22016 and 3005410-606200-24002.
