BACKGROUND:
Pursuant to the City of Marco Island Code of Ordinances, each year the City Council shall establish and publish a schedule of regular City Council meetings. The City Council shall schedule a minimum of twelve regular meetings each year, with at least one meeting held during each month.
City Council workshop sessions are scheduled when necessary for the purpose of discussion and review of major business matters, such as budget planning.

RECOMMENDATION: To approve the proposed (attached) schedule of regular City Council meetings for 2026.
