BACKGROUND: The Beautification Advisory Committee was being prevented by both Water & Sewer and LCEC from planting trees on Leland Way due to utility policies and restrictions. On April 1, 2026, meeting, however, the committee decided to that they can work with the following constraints: staying away from pump stations, main line and sewer laterals and not planting on the north side. Committee member Myers and fleet & facilities director are expected to report the map locations that they may have acquired pricing for.
