Election of Chairperson and Vice-Chair Person

BACKGROUND:
In accordance with Article VIII, Section 8.1, of the attached Articles of Incorporation, at the first meeting and at each annual meeting of the Board of Directors, the Board of Directors shall elect a Chair and Vice-Chair , of whom shall be Directors. (The Secretary of the Board of Directors shall be the City Clerk.).
The elected Chairperson and Vice-Chair shall serve for one full term (Article 6.5 Term of Directors)
FUNDING SOURCE / FISCAL IMPACT: N / A
RECOMMENDATION: Elect Chairperson and Elect Vice Chairperson.
POTENTIAL MOTION: “I nominate (name) for the position of (insert position title here).” NOTE: no Second of the Motion is required.
