BACKGROUND:
C.A.P Government, Inc., provides the City with municipal support to help the Building Services division handle workload demands and maintain our level of service. Construction work on the island has required that we use more of their services than initially budgeted. For these situations, Building Services budgets a contingency fund, which is the funding source for this request (Contingency Acct #101-5200-5240-525895).
The City utilizes C.A.P. Government, Inc. for contracted building inspection services, as needed. The City piggybacks off a competitively bid contract through the City of Fort Lauderdale, contract 12376-813-1. This contract is attached.

RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the City Manager to Execute a Change Order to C.A.P Government, Inc. for purchase order for municipal support inspection services in the amount not to exceed $80,000.00.
