Tree Planting “Map” for South Heathwood Drive (J. Martin)

BACKGROUND: At the Committee’s March 5, 2025 meeting, Public Works Director Justin Martin reported that the City's Water & Sewer Department had completed its assessment of the swales along South Heathwood Drive between San Marco Road and Winterberry Drive, and that the Public Works Department was currently reviewing those locations for other non-water/sewer infrastructure limitations.
Once completed, the Committee will be presented with a "map" of specific locations along that roadway where trees may be planted.
An update will be provided to the Committee by Director Justin Martin at its April 2nd meeting.

RECOMMENDATION: Receive Director Martin’s report; determine the Committee’s next steps.
