BACKGROUND: Member Ramirez and Mohamed Dabees will discuss and provide an update on the management plan draft. They will present an outline of the coastal management plan for projects and active monitoring programs at the northern and northwest part of Marco Island, (i.e, Sand Dollar Island, Tigertail Lagoon, Hideaway Beach, Collier Creek, and Capri Pass). The management plan is part of ongoing coordination efforts between the City of Marco Island and Collier County on coastal management.
