BACKGROUND:
On September 20, 2023, the City Council authorized the City Manager to execute a lease agreement for the purpose of co-locating Collier County EMS ambulance and crew at Fire Station 50.
Due to a Collier County administrative error, the lease was not properly routed through their review process. Based on the County review, they have proposed the following modifications to the September 20th lease agreement. City staff has no objection to the proposed lease modifications.

FUNDING SOURCE / FISCAL IMPACT:
The Board of County Commissioners will be paying rent of $18,921.72 annually, with an annual increase based on the per square foot operational costs.
RECOMMENDATION:
Authorize the City Manager to execute the lease agreement with Collier County.
