BACKGROUND: At the Committee’s Nov. 5, 2025, meeting, Committee Member Sullivan made updates to the PDF poster, which he sent the updated version 2-3 days after the previous meeting. The change includes moving “fire hazards” between the punk tree and the Australian Pine on the poster.
The presentation was created in a version that can be used for potential display during the City Council Meeting, which is designed to be more digitally friendly.
