Approval of the Amendment to City Manager’s Employment Agreement

BACKGROUND: 

 

Following the City Manager’s performance evaluation conducted by City Council at the August 16, 2021 meeting, Council directed that City Manager Mike McNees receive an annual housing  allowance in the amount of $12,000, payable in bi-weekly installments. 

 

The amendment to the Employment Agreement prepared by the city attorney is attached.

 

 

FUNDING SOURCE / FISCAL IMPACT:  General Fund / $12,000 for FY 21-22.

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:  Approve amendment.

 

 

POTENTIAL MOTION: “I move to approve the Second Amendment to the Employment Agreement.”
