BACKGROUND: 

In an attempt to expedite the completion of post Hurricane Irma construction repairs throughout the City of Marco Island, Florida, City Council has determined it is in the best interest of its residents and the public to establish a temporary moratorium on the enforcement of construction repair activities on Sundays between the hours of 12 pm and 6 pm.

RECOMMENDATION: 

POTENTIAL MOTION:   “I move approval of Resolution 18-56.”
