BACKGROUND: At the January 7, 2026 Beautification Advisory Committee, the committee approved planting on Leland Way swales. The planting was approved through the motion of Committee Member Myers and seconded by Committee Member Sepe. The committee is expected to receive site inspections, permitting and bid status from the FFM Manager.
FUNDING SOURCE / FISCAL IMPACT: Councilor Stephen Grey net pay
RECOMMENDATION: Confirm site is plantable (no conflict utilities) and obtain bid below $4,000.
