PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

 

The request is to allow for the rear corner of the residence to encroach up to 8 feet into the rear 25-foot setback.  The application, plans, and written responses to the criteria are attached. 

 

PLANNING BOARD MEETING SUMMARY AND RECOMMENDATION

 

The Planning Board held a public hearing and discussed this request at its September 5, 2025, meeting.  The application was presented, and the Planning Board had a brief discussion with the applicant.  After discussing, the Planning Board voted 6-0 to forward a recommendation of approval to the City Council.

 

FUNDING SOURCE / FISCAL IMPACT: Applicant has paid $2,000.00 in applicable fees.

 

 

PUBLIC NOTICE REQUIREMENTS: 15 days prior to City Council hearing.
