BACKGROUND:  At its January 21, 2025 meeting, the Marco Island City Council confirmed the following City Councilor appointments to the Beautification Advisory Committee:

 

Ms. Victoria (Vicky) Myers                     - appointed by Councilor Stephen Gray

 

Ms. Julie Rogers  -  appointed by Councilor Tamara Goehler

 

Mr. Ryan Sullivan -  appointed by Councilor Bonita Schwan

 

Additionally, the City Council confirmed Ms. Linda Scherzinger as Councilor Deb Henry’s reappointment to the Beautification Advisory Committee.

 

The applications and background of the three new Committee members are attached.  The Committee looks forward to welcoming and receiving the new and returning members at the Committee’s February 5, 2025 meeting.

RECOMMENDATION:  Welcome the new Committee members.
