BACKGROUND:
During the City Council Meeting of April 20, 2026, the Council determined they would like to have further discussions regarding the City’s Noise Control Ordinance, location under Chapter 18 “Environment”, Article IV “Noise Control” of the City’s Code of Ordinance.
City Attorney Alan L. Gabriel drafted a revised, proposed Noise Control Ordinance to facilitate discussion among City Council members.
