Authorize the City Manager to Issue a Purchase Order to Apex Companies for the Plugging and Abandonment for Two Groundwater Wells, RO-7 and RO-8 in the amount of $135,500.00 - Jeffrey E. Poteet, General Manager, Water & Sewer Department.
