BACKGROUND

 

Fleet and Facilities Management has initiated discussions with Enterprise to explore a transition from the current vehicle purchasing model to a new leasing program. Leasing city vehicles is anticipated to improve operational efficiency and reduce overall costs compared to the existing process of purchasing vehicles.

 

 

FUNDING SOURCE / FISCAL IMPACT:  There is no immediate fiscal impact. The proposed leasing program would be funded through the City’s General Fund in FY26.
