BACKGROUND:
The financial audit of the City’s records for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2023, was performed by the Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firm of Mauldin & Jenkins, LLC. The Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) for 2023 is attached and will be posted on the City’s website as required by Florida Statutes. In addition, the City received the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting for the 2022 ACFR from the GFOA (Government Finance Officers Association).
Representatives from the CPA firm will make a brief presentation on the audit report.
