BACKGROUND: 
The Hideaway Beach Tax District Board will be holding its annual election of officers on the April 23rd, 2026, meeting.

In addition a copy of the Board’s calendar year 2026 meeting schedule is attached.

RECOMMENDATION: Confirm attendance and the likelihood of a quorum for the Board’s April 23, 2026, meeting.
