Draft Maintenance and Equipment Lease Agreement (David Tolces, Esq. and Member Zinkan)

BACKGROUND:  Attorney David Tolces and Member Zinkan will provide an update on the amendment to the maintenance and equipment lease agreement between the Hideaway Beach Tax District and the Hideaway Beach Association, Inc. The original lease term expired on October 20, 2025.

 

To allow time for finalizing the updated agreement, the Board approved an extension of the current lease through December 31, 2025. Attorney Tolces and Member Zinkan were directed to collaborate with the Hideaway Beach Association to negotiate and amend the lease, and to present an update to the Board for review.

 

FUNDING SOURCE / FISCAL IMPACT:  N/A

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:  Approve the proposed amendment to the maintenance and equipment lease agreement as presented.
