BACKGROUND:
Mohamed Dabees of Humiston and Moore will provide the Board with and general project update for Tigertail Beach and Sand Dollar Island. He will be presenting a proposal for Professional Services during the 4th Quarter of 2026 .

RECOMMENDATION: The Board to receive update and determine next steps. Review and approve proposal for 2026 4th Quarter Professional Services for Tigertail Lagoon / Sand Dollar Island Ecosystem Restoration Project.
