BACKGROUND: At its March 17, 2025, meeting, the Marco Island City Council confirmed the following appointments to the Hideaway Beach Tax District Board:
The Marco Island City Council approved the appointment of Phyllis Ramirez and reappointment of Steve Zinkan for a three-year term beginning April 1, 2025, and ending March 31, 2028.
The Hideaway Beach Association nomination letter is attached. The Board looks forward to welcoming both new and returning members at its April 17, 2025, meeting.
FUNDING SOURCE / FISCAL IMPACT: N/A
RECOMMENDATION: Welcome the new and returning Board members.
POTENTIAL MOTION: None expected.
