BACKGROUND:
The Ad Hoc Business Development and Redevelopment Advisory Committee was formed by Resolution 2023-63, on December 4, 2023. The purpose on this committee is to identify what the City does, or requires, that negatively affects one’s ability to develop or redevelop property or open or operate a business. The last meeting was conducted on March 19, 2025. Resolution 2023-63 affirmed that the Committee will sunset upon completion of the goals identified by the committee or April 15, 2025, whichever comes first.
