BACKGROUND: Marco in Bloom is an event where homeowners, HOAs, and businesses are encouraged to participate in a contest of beautification. Whether it is your own property or a neighbor’s, nomination of a property is encouraged. Entries are due by March 10 and primary judging is set for Saturday, March 14 (with March 13 as a possible backup).
