BACKGROUND: The Stormwater Pipe and Sidewalk need to be removed and replaced. On December 4, 2023, City Council awarded Contract #2023-029 to Titan Concrete & Utilities, Inc.
FUNDING SOURCE / FISCAL IMPACT: Funding for this Purchase Order is included in the FY25 Capital Budget “pay as you go” plan under G/L No. 3005410-606300-16027, Citywide Drainage Improvements
