BACKGROUND: The Marco Island City Council appointed the following City Councilor nominations to the Audit Advisory Committee:
Mr. Chris Ricci - nominated by Councilor Darrin Palumbo on 2/18/25
Ms. Terri Sommerfeld- nominated by Councilor Tamara Goehler on 6/2/2025
Mr. Thomas Fontana - nominated by Vice Chairman Stephen Gray on 6/2/2025
Mr. Jeffrey Michaels - nominated by Councilor Deb Henry on 6/2/2025
Ms. Elena McFann - nominated by Councilor Bonita Schwan on 6/2/2025 (note: Ms. Elena McFann has been reappointed from her previous term which commenced 1/8/2024)
The applications and background of the new Committee members are attached. The Committee looks forward to welcoming and receiving the new and returning members
