BACKGROUND: The Waterways Advisory Committee will engage in a collaborative whiteboarding session to explore topic development and align strategic planning initiatives.
Note: Chair Mascoop will appoint a Committee Member to document the topics and strategic planning efforts. The Committee will ensure that all content is clearly visible and properly displayed on the overhead projector.
Attached is a chart from the Waterways Advisory Committee, illustrating the content discussed on August 21, 2025.
