BACKGROUND:
The Ad Hoc Business Development and Redevelopment Committee was formed under Resolution 23-63, on December 4, 2023. The purpose of this committee is to identify what the City does, or requires, that negatively affects one’s ability to develop or redevelop property or open or operate a business.
Mr. Darin Spindler is a candidate for appointment on the Ad Hoc Business Development and Re-Development Advisory Committee. His appointment would fill a vacant position on the Committee. The term for this committee is upon completion of the goals identified by the Committee or, on April 15, 2025, whichever comes first.
FUNDING SOURCE / FISCAL IMPACT: No budget impact
RECOMMENDATION: Approve Resolution 24-21
POTENTIAL MOTION: “I move to approve Resolution 24-21 appointing Mr. Darin Spindler to the Ad Hoc Business Development and Re-Development Advisory Committee.”
