BACKGROUND: At the Beautification Advisory Committee’s October 2, 2024 meeting, the Committee reviewed and approved its planned meeting dates for calendar year 2025. It’s final meeting for 2024 is scheduled for Wednesday, December 4, 2024, beginning at 3:00 P.M.
A copy of the Committee’s forthcoming calendar year 2025 monthly meeting schedule is attached.
FUNDING SOURCE / FISCAL IMPACT: N / A
RECOMMENDATION: Confirm Committee attendance and the likelihood of a quorum for the December 4, 2024 date.
