BACKGROUND: At the Beautification Advisory Committee’s November 1, 2023 meeting, the Committee reviewed and approved its planned meeting dates for calendar year 2024. For June, the Committee’s meeting is currently planned for Wednesday, June 5, beginning at 3:00 P.M.
A copy of the Committee’s entire calendar year 2024 monthly meeting schedule is attached.
FUNDING SOURCE / FISCAL IMPACT: N / A
RECOMMENDATION: Confirm Committee attendance and the likelihood of a quorum for the June 5, 2024 date.
POTENTIAL MOTION: None expected.
