BACKGROUND: Vicechair Winter presented three potential access points for small no-motorized boats such as kayaks, paddleboards, and canoes. Suggesting Veterans Park, Assisted Living Park, & Old Marco Park as feasible options for the city. Committee requested that Winter further research into permit requirements and potential project costs.
