BACKGROUND:
At its June,15 2026, meeting, the Marco Island City Council confirmed the following appointments to the Waterways Advisory Committee:
The Marco Island City Council approved the appointment of George Lancaster for a three-year term beginning June 15, 2026, and ending June 31, 2027. The Waterways Advisory Committee nomination letter is attached.
Former member Martin Winter- was re-appointed to membership of the Committee by Marco Island City Council on June 15,2026 and ending June 31, 2027.
The Committee looks forward to welcoming both new and returning members at its July 23, 2026, meeting.
FUNDING SOURCE / FISCAL IMPACT: N / A
RECOMMENDATION: Welcome the new and returning Board members.
POTENTIAL MOTION: None expected.
