BACKGROUND:
Inspection of the stormwater within the easement between 41 and 51 Hickory Court identified structural deficiencies contributing to repeated washout and ground settlement. Temporary repairs completed in 2024 were unsuccessful due to continued rain events, which accelerated erosion and exposed pipe failures.
FUNDING SOURCE / FISCAL IMPACT: Funding for this Purchase Order is included in the FY26 Capital Budget “pay as you go” plan under G/L No. 3005410-606300-16027, Citywide Drainage Improvements
