BACKGROUND: 

 

In September 2026 the City contracted with OnPointe Insights to conduct a citizen engagement survey.  OnPointe Insights conducted the City’s engagement survey in 2022 as well.  The survey was launched on September 24th and was available for participation through October 12th.  A total of 2,471 people completed the survey. 

 

A presentation will be provided showing the 2026 survey results and comparisons to 2022.  Following the presentation, the results will be posted to the City’s website.

 

 

FUNDING SOURCE / FISCAL IMPACT:  The cost of the survey was $14,960 and was paid for using the FY26 City Manager’s contingency fund.

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:  No action is required.
