BACKGROUND:
Chair Folley requested that City Staff draft a letter to the Collier County Board of County Commissioners expressing the City of Marco Island's support for renewal of the temporary One Percent (1%) County Sales Tax levy.
Upon review of the letter at the September 5, 2023 Council meeting, Chair Folley directed the City Staff to re-draft the letter in alignment with the recommendations proposed by Vice-Chair Grifoni.

RECOMMENDATION: Approve letter.
