BACKGROUND

The updated Code of Ordinances eliminates all fee schedules as part of the streamlining of the document. The vast majority of fee schedules in the Code have been adopted and updated by resolution of the City Council. Such resolutions include utility rates, park fees, permit fees, and fire prevention fees.  Fees that have not been adopted or updated by resolution are included in this Resolution.
