2024 Fiscal Year Committee Budget Allocations & Expenditure Status (Z. Luff)

BACKGROUND:
On behalf of Public Works Director and Committee Staff Liaison Justin Martin, Ms. Zurima Luff of the Public Works Department will provide an update to the Committee on the Committee’s approved allocations from its 2024FY budget, along with the status of its actual expenditures to date, so that the Committee will have an accurate summary of its available unallocated budget remaining for Committee projects and initiatives through the end of the current fiscal year (September 30, 2024).
FUNDING SOURCE / FISCAL IMPACT: The Committee’s 2024FY budget.
RECOMMENDATION: Receive Ms. Luff’s report; determine the Committee’s available budget resources for the remainder of the fiscal year.
POTENTIAL MOTION: None expected.
