BACKGROUND:
City Council approved Ordinance 26-01 during the January 20, 2026 City Council meeting, that allows residents to park non-commercial vehicles in the swale of their home between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. in residential areas from January 16 through November 14. A permit is required for this parking, and the cost is $100. This resolution sets the permit fee and establishes the registration process.

RECOMMENDATION: Approval of Resolution 26-04
POTENTIAL MOTION: I move to approve Resolution 26-04 for vehicle registration and permit fee for swale parking during the hours of 2am-6am.
